Truly, honestly work has been AMAZING lately. But as the holiday weekend approached I started to countdown the hours, minutes, even seconds until the escape. The getaway. A night of fun with friends on the lake and then a random road trip up to Glacier to camp and explore. I LOVE road trips. But mostly I LOVE road trips with no schedule. No need to be here at that time or back by such and such, etc. Just going and stopping, seeeing, and doing, as I please and when I want. It is SO relaxing. It’s in those moments that I really feel like I’m living life.
I have an awesome project happening up in Glacier in a couple weeks and well since it’s kinda the beginning of the season I needed to go explore. See how far into the park I could get easily and if I could even reach snow. You’ll all get to hear and see more about that later
It rained on us most of the time up there and was barely above freezing, haha. But that’s the thing. When you’re just living life it doesn’t even matter. And that’s what rain coats are for
It was still fun and refreshing. And it was such a great reminder that I live in probably the 2nd best place in North America. I mean, ya know, that’s my opinion
And of course no adventure is complete without photos!
It might have been raining and cold, that doesn’t stop Rachel
And some instagram love!
